Mr. Jai Narine established A&J Machine, INC. in 1989. A & J Machine is a well respected name in the pharmaceutical and packaging industry.

We specialize in buying and selling of new and used pharmaceutical and packaging equipment.  If a client is looking for particular equipment and it is not in our inventory we have the ability to source it at the most competitive price.

What sets A & J Machine apart from our competitor is our ability to refurbish all types of pharmaceutical equipment.  We specialize in the refurbishing of tablet presses and capsule fillers.  Our skilled Machinists have 15 years of pharmaceutical refurbishing experience. We have a technologically advanced machine shop where all parts are made and work performed.  A complete refurbished job at A & J Machine includes the stripping and cleaning of the entire machine.  Next all worn parts are replaced, We can adjust the amount of work performed on the machine to fit our client’s budget we can do a simple paint job to the extent of replacing all worn parts and repair turret.  A & J has the ability to rebush and refurbish all turrets for tablet presses.  A pilot test is performed on each equipment prior to shipment.  A & J Machine has the ability to transport and set up the equipment in the client’s facility, commission the equipment at the client’s facility and validate the equipment before approval for use.

Founder

The founder of A & J Machine is Mr. Jai Narine. Mr. Narine is a well-known name in the pharmaceutical equipment market.  He has 20+ years of pharmaceutical experience; he was a former Production Manager for a major generic pharmaceutical company.  He also carries with him 30+ years of engineering background he is able to assist clients with finding the right equipment to meet their pharmaceutical production challenges.  He uses his engineering background in order to fabricate parts for various equipment.  Mr. Narine will be more than happy to give a consultation how to increase productivity in your facility; he is a TQM Certified Professional.
